Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every God’s Timing watch.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at godstimingwatchco@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

Eligible returns:

• Items damaged during shipping
• Manufacturing defects

Not eligible:

• Change of mind or sizing preference
• Normal wear and tear

Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or replacement instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
